Complete your onboarding questionnaire
Around 10 minutes. You'll tell us about your goals, experience, equipment, schedule, food preferences and anything we should be careful of.
Receive confirmation
We email you as soon as your questionnaire arrives, so you know everything is in place.
We prepare your personalised plan
Your plan is written from your answers – not pulled from a template. You'll receive it within 24–48 hours of payment and completed onboarding.
Follow the plan, with support
Use WhatsApp for questions about your plan. Monthly customers review their progress and goals before each new plan.
About the 24–48 hour window: it starts once your payment has been confirmed and your questionnaire has been submitted. If we need to check something with you first – for example a health consideration – we'll let you know.
Monthly subscriptions
- Billed monthly on the date you subscribed.
- Before each new month we'll ask you to review your progress and update your details.
- You receive a new or revised plan each month.
- Cancel any time from your account – future payments stop and you keep the month you've paid for.
One-off programmes
- Charged once – never a subscription.
- The programme starts when your plan is delivered.
- The Six-Week Plan includes weekly check-ins and adjustments based on your feedback.
- When you finish, you can choose whether to continue.
Six-month prepaid Coming soon
- One upfront payment covering six months.
- You receive your plan each month during that period.
- It does not renew automatically.
- We'll remind you before it ends so you can decide what's next.
